the box (w/ the manuals) is all packed up and in storage w/ all the other stupid boxes i don't need laying around in my house. i should have kept the manual out though. i didn't think i'd need it but i think i was wrong.

I'll be adding you all once my Wii dongle gets here. I can play my DS online no problem, but for some reason I can't maintain connectivity with the Wii, even though my router is SWEARING it has had an unbroken connection for 20+ hours. Grrr.

So I'm just going to use the USB WiFi but I had to order it online because two retailers were too retarded to know what it was, and therefore couldn't find it. I'm also pissy because ebgames had 2 Rayman out on the shelves, which means they had two discs to sell, but because the moron couldn't find them and gave up, it was too bad. Then Wal-Mart was a hellhole.

I did get Marvel Ultimate though. Which is pretty fucking badass.

You might want to check for some firmware updates for your router, Tarot. Oh, I have not added anyone yet. I'll do so this weekend (I hope).

Most stores saved up their Wiis to sell on last sunday too, and with the big influx of people getting Wiis at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if Nintendo's servers have been having been going up and down like they did on release day.

The Wii only tells you there's "a problem" with your internet connection, when that problem may be that Nintendo's servers are down.

My mii that I did called David (named after myself) is pretty much perfect for me it is awesome when he makes a catch as a pitcher in baseball. He is also pretty sweet in tennis with his belligerence and attitude and performance. He is a pro tennis player exciting times all the time. The only thing I even play at Wii Sports is Tennis and Baseball Anyways.

Other than that I did two black guys, a poor attempt at my Mon Calamari character from Star Wars Galaxies and Lammy from Um Jammer Lammy.

Yes it has friend codes, and also play with strangers. You just pick your settings that you want to play and search. It's easy and fun.

Nintendo needs to get their shit together w/ the friend codes bullshit and create a universal gamer tag system a la Xbox Live...

I think this is the only time I'll agree with you on something Sky, this is really one of the things that make me really pissed about Nintendo. That and the fact that their online experience is so gimped compared to Xbox Live, being free is not an excuse for it to blow so much.

With the polish Nintendo puts on their games and such they could do so much better w/ the online service they have. PSN is free and it's miles beyond what Nintendo offers. I like the ease and simplicity of Xbox Live, but I pay for that -- so there's a level of expectation there. I dunno, w/ the Nintendo Service, the Wii-Codes thing seems like an antiquated idea from the DS ported to something that requires a much better infrastructure.

Soon even the Wii won't have free online if you buy a game with a red sticker,
