First, here are some quotes from the "who will be this year's Miami Dolphins" thread:

Khan wrote:
I am thinking KC or Atlanta will be at the bottom of the food chain this year.

Neesha wrote:
The Miami Dolphins will be this year's Miami Dolphins. But yea, Atlanta is a good pick, too.

krby wrote:
Miami should win 5 games this year.
Baltimore has the potential to be worse than that.
Atlanta might win 3

Neesha wrote:
Miami has no defense and... Chad Pennington.

Drajeck wrote:
no one will be as bad as Miami was last year, not even Miami.

krby wrote:
The Rams ... will not be as bad as they were last year

Chey wrote:
The Steelers will be horrid this year, sadly.

Skycrasher wrote:
Arizona Cardinals maybe [answering who would be crappy this season]

Cicely wrote:
No team will go winless in a year. It is just too damn hard to do. Yeah there are some crappy teams out there (KC, Atlanta, Miami) but they all have at least two games on their schedule that should be winnable. I think the worst record will be 3-13 this year, in my opinion.

Chey wrote:
Steelers are lucky to break .500 this season. This is what happens when you ignore your most pressing need (O-Line) and draft positions you already have in spades (RB, WR).

Next, here's a refresher on our pre-season predictions from THIS thread (with lots of Dallas Cowboys talk to go along with it):

Neesha:
SUPER BOWL: Dallas over San Diego

krby:
SUPER BOWL: San Diego over Minnesota

Draconi:
SUPER BOWL: New Orleans over San Diego

Drajeck:
SUPER BOWL: Philadelphia over New England

Depx:
SUPER BOWL: Indianapolis over New Orleans

Ndaian:
SUPER BOWL: Philadelphia over New England

(no predictions from Chey, Khan, Cicely, Skycrasher, and others)
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kudos for the 2 Phily picks.

I maintain the Steelers are (mostly) terrible and merely lucking their way through games. Put them in another, stronger division and they aren't in the playoffs.

Can't say I am dissapointed that they are playing this weekend though, and will be cheering my heart out for them. :)

Horrible division? Yes the Browns and Bungles suck, but the Ravens are playing in the AFC Championship game. The Steelers also played one of the most difficult schedules this season (NY Giants, @Philly {in NFC Championship}, @Washington, Dallas, Jacksonville, Indy{in playoffs}, New England {11 wins}, San Diego {in playoffs}, Tennessee (#1 team in AFC}. Really if you look at it, their only easy games WERE their conference games against Cleveland and Cincy. The only team that the the Steelers played (other than Cle/Cin) that had a losing record was Jacksonville.

Are the the greatest team of all time? no. Their O-line is not great. Their running backs have been hurt all year (Parker is just now getting back to form). Their Defense is really good, and their QB knows what it takes to win and lose big games.

This game against Baltimore is going to be a slugfest with the QB that makes the fewest mistakes winning the game.

Arizona wouldn't be in the playoffs if they were in another division. Philly is the Wild Card so they earned their spot (they did get a lot of help). I really like what coach Wiz has done in Arizona but it would seem so very wrong to me if Arizona is in the Super Bowl.

Arizona going to the Super Bowl baby. Whine and complain all you want about stacked divisions and what-not, but that doesn't matter. Teams who win, go to the playoffs. No team is better than anyone else who is left right now.

It will be an All PA superbowl this year. Baltimore chokes hard and AZ's defense and Warner will be exposed for the posers they really are.

Kind of rooting for the Cards this postseason. Pretty happy to see em go to the Super Bowl. Wasn't expecting it.

Got your ticket to watch em lose to the Steelers?

The Baltimore / Pittsburgh game was great, loads of brutal hits, and the game was reasonably close the entire game. The Cardinals game was a clusterfuck of the Eagle splaying poorly and me wishing that shitty grocery stocker would die on the field.

Donovan cost the Eagles that game. He missed way too many wide open receivers.

No, is it even in AZ? Cuz I don't live there anymore.

I don't really care for the Cardinals, but when a major AZ team makes it to the World Series, Finals, Super Bowl, etc, I enjoy watching it. I think that's almost my favorite games to watch -- cuz I don't really have an emotional interest vested in it, like I would w/ the Suns, or Cowboys, etc.
