I am looking for a basic Tablet, mostly so I can look up things downstairs in my house while watching TV.

Here is one I was looking at at WalMart.

A friend of mine said that the Google Tablets were bad news, but, I have not found anything to reflect this.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

There's no better tablet except iPads, and they don't fit "inexpensive"

It says Google, not Galaxy, that is why I ask. Any difference?

I really know nothing about Tablets.

I also looked at this one because it carried the Galaxy name, but, by the review, it is worse than the first one.
