So, I installed the newest version of IE on my 3yr old computer...

Now, every time I try to launch IE I get 2 windows of IE trying to open, 60-93% usage and my computer bogs down. I opened it without addons and that actually let it open but so slowly...

I tried to use system restore to get back to the old version but it won't restore, saying "no changes have been made to your computer".

What should I do to fix?

Sounds like a corrupted entry in the registry is causing a double launch. Try this.
