It should have one. Open up the nvidia control panel under display properties > settings > advanced . <i></i>

You will need a fairly recent driver, 70.## didn't have support for on the GPU temp sensor.<

I'm going to check again, but I had one for my 6800GT and when I downloaded recent drivers I don't see the temp monitor there anymore. <i></i>

I know temp sensor shows up on my EVGA 6800 Ultra PCI-E, running Forceware 77.13 beta drivers. Was just looking at it a couple days ago. ---------------------------------<
