Uh...I don't think that means what you think it means. Camel toe is when your panties and pants get caught in the cleft of one's vaginal area, making it look like a camel's toe.
It usually happens when one's clothing is too tight. Which is why it's often seen on people who've gained weight (as their clothing is now too tight) or the morbidly obese who may have problems finding clothing to fit.
Hence the horror of this:
The reason it makes no sense is you seem to be using in a way that would make a camel toe or moose knuckle be...well a penis. Ironically it would be a clear indication of a vagina.
