We are coming

Torchwood's 5 night mini-series 'Children of Earth' is airing on BBC America for those who haven't seen it via the internet (from when it aired in the UK a week ago).

I have NOT seen it, as I wanted to watch it with my spouse since he actually likes Doctor Who and Torchwood. My spouse isn't a gamer and isn't well read in science fiction (though he's an old school Trekkie)...so anything like this that he actually has interest in, I love sharing with him and watched to watch it together as new to both of us (since he never watches torrents, so I do watch the Doctor Who specials since I can't wait six months for Planet of the Dead to finally get over here )

Anyway, most of my friends have seen it, and while I've been kept spoiler free...they're all saying it's some of the best television they've seen in a few years.

So catch it tonight, or watch it somewhere online...but it's worth watching.

I hate how the BBC America version has some tiny unimportant editing cuts from the British version. =[

Either way, pretty good mini-series (counts as season 3 though, whatever comes after this will be season 4). Had very good ratings when it aired in the UK, hope they keep the show going. :\
