I got kind of tired of Hollywood blockbusters, so I figured I'd check out some arthouse flicks. So far I'm just watching old Cannes and Sundance winners, but I'd be interested in any recommendations (for directors or specific films) you film geeks may have.

I watched Cashback the other night... I thought it was visually stunning, but after a while I just wanted to mute it and watch with some background music instead. Sean Ellis could've stood to team up with a writer to brush up the dialogue and give the characters a little depth, heh.

Lots of nice tits, though.

If you are a nerd with any interest in math / financial markets / etc, PI is certainly worth watching.

If you wanna see a guy suck his own Penix, you can always watch Shortbus. It's porn in disguise as an Indy flick.

the Science of Sleep was pure fucking pleasure.

and PI is an old favorite. that fucking drill scene still haunts me, heh.
