I know people who went to see it multiple times. Though they're grown men who reads comics.

I think it is a definite A movie, wow. Couldn't imagine calling it a B.

I think putting Iron Man beside the Dark Knight shows how good TDK. IM is a simply B/B+ to me.

I thought TDK was a bit overlong. Some of Harvey Dent's effects annoyed me a little. The two boats annoyed me a bit -it is hard for me to believe nobody would blow the other up.

But - TDK had so many great aspects:
The hostage scene at the end
The Joker overall - hard to believe Nicholson could be bested
The chick dying
The fact that it ended with him being a villian
The overall mood

Either way, I thought it was solid - just not the greatest movie ever. It had some problems. I think the main reason it made so much money is that nothing else came out against it. It would have still made a boatload, but not as much if say - The Hulk or something else came out a couple weeks later.
