One of the best movies I've seen in a long time. It's really rare that a movie makes me laugh that much, I mean at points I was in near hysterics with some of the stuff.

But it really is a comedy/horror/thriller. I wouldn't have seen how it was possible, but they managed it. I don't want to say anything that will even slightly ruin the movie.

If you haven't seen it...get it. Also, watch it again with captioning on, because some of the stuff Nick Frost says is really funny, but mumbled in such a way that you might miss it due to the accent. He'll repeat things ...it's like a little kid who's never heard it before, so they mishear it into words they know (common one for people is euthanasia [mercy killing] misheard and bastardized to Youth in Asia). Here's the only example I'll give from the movie. Someone says 'Judge, Jury and Executioner'. He repeates it as 'Judge Judy... executed?' Anyway it's a fucking riot.

Better than Shaun of the Dead.

Saw this in theatre, and it was definately one of those "worth it" movies. Don't they have a new one coming out soon too? Saw the trailer, but don't remember the premise or name of the movie.

yeah hot fuzz was great... we watched a movie with that dude in it the other day "Run Fat Boy Run" - NOT GOOD. It's the same old tired romantic comedy you have seen too often already. Save your self some time and just watch Hot Fuzz again.
