I can't get file planet to accept my pre-order key from Amazon so that I can download the client. Says it is no good or that is has already been used.

I can't get my beta load to allow me to log in to patch to the current cersion.

Acct is flagged with the following....

Head Start Provides access to the Head Start
Pre-Order Includes: Rittenbach's Portable Camp and Guardian's Iolite Band
Closed Beta Tester Closed Beta Tester
Reward: Email Validated Includes: Title - 'The Validated'
Elder Closed Beta Tester Account is flagged as an Elder Closed Beta Tester

...yet it tells me my login is no good.

Any ideas?

You don't have access to the CE head start. You should have this:

edit: so you'll have to wait until tomorrow to patch, I believe

Just worried because my Amazon acct says delivery wont be until the 23rd...

You should be fine for the Head Start that starts tomorrow. If the first month is free, I'd hazard a guess that they will give you 1 month to enter in your code from the actual game (proving you purchased the game).

This happened in the transition into OB. Your account will be flagged tomorrow morning around 7:00 am EST (I think). That should allow you to do whatever until your software comes in the mail.

I'm waiting anxiously to get back into the game. Open Beta was a big tease for me. I'm ready to roll.
