I just ran the patcher and it says 12:01 for start time EST.....I can't confirm this on other sites etc (still calls out 1) however I would expect a patcher note to be updated faster then a website.

Just incase might check around noon!

I just finished Chrace on my lvl 12 witch elf and it says region unavailable
