Ok, maybe not a monster but probably a lot better than what you have right now... Intel DX38BT - w/ most current Bios update from Intel Intel QX9650 4gb G-Skill DDR3 10600 - 4x1gb DIMMS 1 WD Raptor 150 10k HDD SATA - O/S and program partition 2 WD or Seagate 500GB HDD SATA in Raid 1 (don't remember which, will have to look) 1 eVGA GF 8800 GTX 1 750W PSU I think it's a Thermaltake, will have to look 1 Lite-On Blu-Ray ROM drive Zalman 9700LED CPU Cooler Win XP SPK2 and all updates 1 Antec 900 case System is NOT over clocked, never has been. I used this for High Definition AVCHD video editing during the HS football season last year and it has sat in my office ever since. CPU is cooled by Zalman 9700 LED with Arctic Silver 5 along with a variable speed fan controller. eVGA 8800 GTX is cooled by Thermalright HR03 Plus with Arctic Alumina Ceramic and 120mm SilenX fan with variable speed controller. The Raptor 150 is the O/S partition and program file partition, the 2 500gb WDs are currently in Raid 1 for mirroring and since they are just storage drives can be turned into a Raid 0 for 1TB of storage or used as just 2 more drives. It is up to you. I'll even load WoW with all updates on it for ya! Putting it up on ebay for $2700, will sell here for $2500. |

Not better than what I have, except for the Blu-ray (T_T) but I would have bought yours over what I had...had I not had mine built so recently. That's a really nice system. |
