After last year, many of you wanted the point system scoring for the Bowl PUOSU. So, here it is. I wanted 200 points total and the BCS Championship game worth 25 points. I divided up the remainder of points by how much each bowl pays out. I used the natural breaks to determine how much each game is worth. So here is the list. The first game is Dec 18th. Please have your picks in before kickoff of the first bowl game. To enter, please reply to this post leaving just the team that you think will win. Winner gets bragging rights. Loser gets laughed at. Here is the list. With a few early games done, here are the standings: Torlaan - 8 Krby - 8 Neesha - 8 Ndaian - 7 Kulamiena - 6 Xantheus Diabolus - 5 This is proving that is isn't the number that you get correct, but which ones you get correct. Ndaian has actually picked the most games correctly, but missed a 3 point game. With the higher point games coming I see some changes coming. |

There are 10 points available today from three games (Texas Bowl, Military Bowl, and Alamo Bowl). The consensus of our picks are for the Texas Bowl Baylor (4 picks), no consensus for Military bowl, and unanimous for Oklahoma State. |

With a strong showing yesterday, I picked all three correctly, I have moved into a tie for 2nd place. Standings: Neesha - 28 Torlaan - 26 Krby - 26 Ndaian - 19 Xantheus Diabolus - 15 Kulamiena - 15 Today could be a big day. There are 18 points available. Neesha is the only one picking Army over SMU (1 point). Xantheus and I are the only ones picking Tennessee over UNC (5 points). I am the only one picking Syracuse over Kansas State (6 points) and Torlaan is the only one picking Washington over Nebraska (6 points) My three correct yesterday moves me into first place for most correct with 8. Neesha, Ndaian, and Torlaan all have 7 correct out of 14 games played and 40 points available |

Another thing that I was tracking...Conference points. I have been awarding points to the conference winner based on the point distribution of the Bowl PUOSU. So far here are the top conferences: Big 12 - 25 points (1 game left worth 8 points) SEC - 22 points (4 games left worth 49 points) MWC - 21 points (0 games left) ACC - 20 points (2 gamed left worth 16 points) Big East - 12 points (1 game left worth 1 point) Big 10 - 9 points (1 game left worth 15 points) The only other conference that can win it all is the Pac10, they have 6 points now but have 2 games left worth 40 points |

That Sugar Bowl game last night was a kick in the crotch. Too many dropped balls, too many missed tackles in the first half. Man, if Joe Adams catches that first pass... the Hog players don't knock the fumble from each other's hands... pick up the blocked punt and score... This game will hurt for a while. Arkansas didn't play their best and came up just short. DAMN |

Updated standings: Neesha - 117 Kulamiena - 109 Ndaian - 87 Krby - 86 Xantheus Diabolus - 85 Torlaan - 81 It comes down to the championship game. If Auburn wins, then Kulamiena is the winner. If Oregon wins, then Neesha is the winner. |

If Ohio State played the second half like they did the first that game wouldn't have been close. They got comfortable and figured thier defense could win the game. Although the punter for Arkansas made himself a lot of money keeping them in that game. |
