Maybe I'll join next year. I won my money league this year, by the way. Other dude had a few guys lay eggs, which was nice (Brandon Jacobs, I'm talking to you).

I am pleased with what happened this year, for the most part. My record wasn't good, even though I led the league in total points scored. Seemed like every single week my opponent would have a career game that weekend, which sucked for me. It is funny- I actually drafted a couple players with playoff match ups in mind, but in the end I realized that you smply cannot control everything in fantasy football. Like you cannot control that your opponent's QB (just average) would get 35-40 fantasy points against the Lions... or that every single week it felt like your opponent had match ups against the Lions or Rams or Browns LOL

Congrats again Depx. And to all who played in it- I really enjoy this league, it is very competitive and most people care and actually do things with their team, especially for such a high amount of players in it.

I wonder if next year we should put some money on the league, since most of us who sign up every year know each other... well, as far as knowing each other on an online Everquest server message board can do...

Maybe have someone you trust (Xanth) collect X amount of money per person via paypal. Then he pays out the winner(s) at the end of the season.

I could have sworn the league I played in last year on Sportsline.com could handle a pay league. In other words, we all pay into the league and it handles payouts and such. No idea, though, because it's only my second season.

Haha, I was all proud that I had played in 2 championship games. Now I have to win another one!

I would be fine with a little cash on the line next year. I've been looking for a good money league. The ones I play in tend to be terrible. I'll paypal any of the people that are long time regulars of the league who want to set it up.

I have paypal and I could set the moneys aside until the league is over. That would be fun and would definitely encourage people to take a more vested interest in how their team does.

Heh, doubt it would make any difference at all. It's never the people in playoff contention that bail anyway. Still, fun to play for something.

After looking around a bit yesterday in paranoia, the paranoia proved true. Youre supposed to have your address info in your team settings that you set when you join the league. When I joined we hadnt made a plus league yet, so mine was blank. I went ahead and filled in my info, hopefully its not too late. Supposedly if I failed to have the info there, it would be sent to the 2nd place team.

This is a bit late, but so was the trophy. I moved right at the end of May, and a couple of days before I did, the trophy finally arrived. Been a bit busy, but finally getting a picture of it up, I wouldn't say its of the highest quality, but is heavy enough I don't think it'd break very easily.
