Look, I get reality - the Reds aren't winning the world series. BUT SHIT - it is so exciting to have a starting rotation that can get you to the 6th inning on a fairly regular basis with less than a 3 run deficit. And, our bullpen is mostly kicking ass. Now... if we could figure out a way to generate a few run. BUT - this is such a better position than the last 10 years of "we have a lot of HR hitters, just no pitching." |

Football season never stops. Sure they stop playing between February and August, but the talk about football never ends  BTW I am still peeved about Stafford to Lions. Ugh. Why can't they get their OT or Curry now, and wait next year to get McCoy or Bradford or one of the other upper echelon QB's? |

Sorry Cicely, but you're wrong. The football season ends after the Superbowl. After that, no more games are played until the season starts again, which is September 10 this year. As a clue, you might hear words like offseason and preseason. Those words mean it's not actually the season and the season will be coming up in the future. |

I live in Cincinnati. Football season generally only lasts about 6 weeks. |
