Went to the Rage in the Cage event in Phoenix tonight, then saw the UFC at the bar afterwards. Crap ton of Couture fans (naturally), and only a few Lesnar fans. Was a very good fight, I told my friend that Lesnar had to win within the first 2-3 rounds (assuming it was a 5 round fight) and he did so.

BTW I don't know all the fighters, but that one fight before Couture/Lesnar where that guy uppercutted his opponent... damn! That was one of the best uppercuts I have seen.

I am slowly getting into MMA and that was an interesting fight. Lesner looked like a giant vs Couture.

I'm trying to think of any fighter right now that could beat Lesner and the only one that comes to mind is Fedor. And yeah, that uppercut was probably one of the best you will see.

Mir and Nogueira both can. Shit, Mir already has. I think Brock has a great future in this sport, but he also still needs to improve. Watching this last fight, he still has a few holes if exploited by the right folks. Mir has already proven his submission skills and NO ONE is better on his back than Nogueira.

They are going to have to get Brock off his feet though, he took that elbow that cut him from Randy and all he did was get mad, not waiver.

I agree though, his BJJ needs to improve, and fast.
