That's correct.

If Tennessee or Washington wins their wild card game, they play New England and Dallas. Otherwise the winner of Pittsburgh/Jacksonville and Tampa Bay/New York plays New England and Dallas.

Highest seed always plays the lowest seed. I think the NBA is the only league that does it differently.
