Hmm.

"Immersion immersion graphics immersion crowdfunding crowdfunding immersion. We think it's a virtue that we don't have a release date despite $35 million in Kickstarter money, because Blizzard's Law wasn't made obsolete by digital distribution in any way."

The whole thing feels like a really, really ambitious empty promise. The guy goes so far out of his way to talk up the stuff that's there, you almost don't notice that the funding was motivated by stretch goals that haven't materialized. "If we get X more bucks, we'll add another ship!" "Which seems like 'big whoop', but then you see the level of detail..." I saw one ship's internal details. Every other ship only existed as a shell you couldn't enter, still less fly.

I'll wait for this one to come out, because I'm not sure it will. If that means I pay more for it in the long run, I can accept that.

Some of the more technically minded who are into this game, have been able to get the ships to fly. You have to look around youtube though to find that information and visuals

It really is pretty as hell.
