Has anybody played the Demo of L4D2?

I played it for like 20 minutes.

I shut it off and went back to l4d with my bros. l4d2 is a little disappointing as far as 'sequels' go, but it could just be a shitty demo.

We should point out in every thread about FPS how PC is superior to consoles. Oh wait, people already do that.

I actually think l4d2 is way better than l4d. I'm looking forward to a full release. Been playing the hell out of it lately.

Consoles are the best cause I can play while sitting on the couch with one hand down my pants. There's nothing like a zombie to spice up a good nut squeeze.

Got it, love it. It's very challenging my only complaint is that it does a LOT of bullshit stuff. Like throwing two tanks at you after several hard waves seems pretty fucking cheap.

Still, I love it. It's funny I don't like most shooters, but killing zombies? Oh fuck yes.

Lots of fun, nice to have some new content. Only played one campaign but was a blast. Thought it was a little silly there were 13 gas cans just scattered around the mall you needed to collect to use the escape car.

I like the "tasks" you need to do to complete the level.

Great game, enjoying it. Oddly enough the first game I joined on accident and it happened to be set on Expert level with Realism on, and on the Rain stage. Our team wasn't exactly the match made in heaven, and we could barely get past the first couple of buildings before getting mowed down. We ended up getting to the playground with all of us dead except for one guy kiting the tank around the slides and swing sets. Still was a blast though, I just kept picking up the samurai sword and whacking away for shits and giggles.

In single player, the AI of the other survivors seems pretty suicidal. I think I average losing two of them at the final stage of the mission. They don't do a very good job of following without constant commands. Maybe because I prefer running across rooftops, but still. Instead of just running for the boat/car/etc they always run back to kill the last tank and get smoked.

Yeah, the NPC controlled survivors are pretty fucking stupid. They were that way on the first L4D too.
