Say what you will about D2D's service (and you'd likely be right), but take a look at the caliber of game this week:

Bioshock, Riddick: Dark Athena? Saint's Row 2? etc, 5 bucks? Nice.

I'm not sure my laptop could play Bioshock as well as my 360 did.

I've got my eye on Saints Row 2 though I hear it's a pretty crappy port. I'm hoping Mass Effect will be $5 next week, and hell I'd try Age of Conan for $5 too!

Looks like they had a Civ 4 collection for $5 last week, not a bad deal there. I'm hoping they have NWN2 gold next week, I missed out on that one.

I'll for sure check it out next week. Hoping they have Vampire:Bloodlines at least. They probably will have Titan Quest as well but I already have that. Looking at their RPG selection it's pretty easy to make guesses as to what it will contain.

Vampire: Bloodlines is awesome. If they don't have it check Steam around halloween, last year they put it up at $10 for halloween. (It was $20 last I checked)

Max Payne 2 was a decent game. If I didn't own it I'd pick it up.

Having only ever played Baldur's Gate, NWN is similar or not so much?

Best deal there is Drakensang. That is, if you don't mind playing their version of Dungeons and Dragons. Titan Quest bundle is worth 5 bucks as well. GTA on the PC is only fun on multiplayer homebrew servers.

Everything else is pretty much shit.

Elven Legacy is worth 5 bucks. And too bad that's not Planetside in its heyday. SURGILE MOTHER FUCKERS.

Snagged Drakensang, NWN2, Dark Athena.

If you like D2 or such, get Titan's Quest ASAP, it's way worth it.

Last week of this. I picked up World in Conflict, its quite fun. The campaign mode is fun and lets you learn things as you go. I finally tried the online mode, and even though I sucked I played for 3 hours, and never even changed maps lol. Im thinking of getting Company of Heroes off that list also, but WiC and it seem pretty similar, CoH just being smaller scale. Anyone able to make a recommendation?

Company of Heroes is one of the best games I've played in the last few years, highly recommend it.
