Was thinking about picking up a wired 360 controller for my PC and kept thinking this was about to be released. I know a lot of reviews say this is where all the fun from GTA IV went to but PC ports always scare the shit out of me.

i have it, i don't have a 360 controller for the pc but I have some generic controller. the only bad thing i've heard (as i haven't played it as of yet) is that it's really sensitive when driving, and the game seems really fast, in terms of actions and movements. other than that, heard it's pretty good

I ended up getting it. Runs fine on my system with no lag. Even the driving is solid and I've had no load times except when anti virus kicked on and made it stutter bad.

It is a lot of fun. A whole lot of fun. If you have a wired 360 controller plug it in and go. I tried another one I had and it didn't recognize correctly. Wife has problems with XP when she uses the controller with her sound becoming distorted. Didn't find a fix for that.

But yes. the game is fun. So many awesome mini games and side events. Lot better than GTA 4 I believe.
