The theater of war thing sounds interesting, but from most of the screen shots it just looks like another real time click fest. Maybe if they had more info on the theater of war part of the game I'd be more excited about it. <i></i>

I hope to god this game comes out well. Ive been reading about it for a while and it looks insane, i like that huge ass battleship that can walk out onto land, thats cool as shit. <i></i>

you simply cannot compare starcraft to civ4. you simply cannot compare a rts to a turn based strategy game. the only similarities between the two are the strategy component. everything else, in how the games are played, is different. i dunno why people do that comparison...<

Total Annihilation blew away Starcraft.<

Plays exactly like TA

Yeah, I watched a friend play a demo for about 30 seconds. It seems a lot like TA, but it's difficult to really get a full feel for it since the demo had no sound. Who the hell does that?

Sound? I get sound and music. It just make me feel its TA with updated graphic, which is unacceptable.

The sound issue was a driver conflict. My bad. :b

So did this game turn out to be pretty solid or was it a letdown?
