I was freeing up space on my Wii earlier, ended up with 493 open slots, pretty much got rid of all the stuff I was most likely not going to play. Having the space I decided to check what was on the WiiWare library, see if anything interesting had been added, had 800 points floating around, figured I wouldn't be able to afford anything, but what the heck! Then I saw this game Lit, a game I had followed for a while then forgot about it, turns out it came out this past Monday. Checked the IGN review of the game, I expected it to be super biased since the brother of one of the creators is the chef editor of the site, but it was actually a nice review. Sparked my interest, so I downloaded it.

2 hours into it... and WOW! Best WiiWare title up to date. I highly recommend it so far, it's scary, creepy, fun, smart and it uses the WiiRemote very nicely, it even uses the speaker (you get creepy calls from your girlfriend)! So far so good, I'm on the second boss right now, and I am having a bit of a hard time defeating it, so the game is challenging. IGN bitches at the game being repetitive, but I don't think it is more repetitive than a Super Mario Bros. Game (as in, when you lose in a stage, you get to start over).

Here's the trailer:

It's 8 bucks, it's a download title, and it's very well done for what it is. I say, if you are bored, need to dust off your Wii, and don't mind spending 8 bucks (thankfully I had unused Wii points laying around XD), go for it. If you get it, may I suggest you play it at night with everything turned off? That's what I'm doing. XD

I have been looking forward to this title for a while now. This weekend I plan on buying it, Goth. I'll let you know what I think soon enough. Thinking of WiiWare, when are we going to play some Tetris Party man?!?

I'm so glad my Wii is modded so I don't have to pay for the garbage they're putting out.

Ah, never played that. Though this game has very few enemies, it's mostly all about puzzle solving.

I really like how they take advantage of the wii remote too on this title.
