I was playing with the Netflix streaming feature this morning and it works pretty well. Having all four released seasons of The Office available makes the whole thing worth it.

I really like the new NXE layout. I guess there are issues with the XBOX marketplace, but I really just like the looks of it. Seems a lot more streamlined, seems slightly faster, looks all high tech and stuff. One thing I have noticed is when I turn on my console, however, the initial dashboard stuff seems to load a LOT slower than before. Probably cause of all the new stuff it is trying to load onto the HDTV, dunno. But once I get there, then it is slightly faster.

Good times all around!

Yeah im surprised... Was watching 30rock in HD, was awesome! I might actually continue this NetFlix thing, although i want to get a cheaper plan than 8.99 - i dont want any DVDs delivered, just let me view the streaming shit.

Can you get to the avatar creator on the web? Without an account?

I don't believe so, no.

The options are kinda nice, but it's nothing we haven't seen before. Go try a trial version of City of Heroes(or maybe Vanguard, /duck) if you want cool character creation =p Honestly, I thought the selections were a bit limited.

In a way I'm sorta missing the old Xbox experience. The interface seemed a bit more streamlined. So much flare with almost zero functionality added, ugh.
