Took my little dink town long enough, but I finally located a Wii, so I bought it. I also got WiiPlay for the extra controller. Bought Zelda and Wario: Smooth Moves, because it looked funky. Anyway, tell me what I'm missing out on. There were a number of games but I hesitated at buying stuff that I already had on PS2, like Madden or Tony Hawk, etc.

I can't get it to connect to my wireless internet connection because I don't remember all my WEP crap, so I'll have to call linksys and verizon and re-set it up before I can do any of that Mii stuff.

Anything I should run out and get?

Im picky and probably dont like what most you guys like so all I have is Madden at the moment lol. Madden is Madden with nifty Wii controls, drawback being no online play, so Ive grown bored of it already. I have played Super Monkey Ball, it was 'okay'. Starting in March games will start coming out weekly. Im waiting for reviews and videos to see how some of them will pan out. Ive got my eyes on Driver, TMNT, Prince of Persia, Godfather, and Blazing Angels right now. There is also going to be Tiger Woods, Cooking Mama (Wii only), Medal of Honor, Kororinpia (Wii only?), Heatseeker, Bust a Move Bash, and Super Paper Mario (first Mario title) by the first week of April.

Just from the initial play I've done, Rayman Raving Rabbids beats the snot out of Smooth Moves.

we liked smooth moves better then rayman, actually... the games are shorter, crazier and more fun lol..

I also like the fact that theres lots more "positions" of the wii remote.

I think to each their own though..

We also have Zelda..

I haven't gotten Wario ware smooth moves, I have Wii play, Wii sports, and Zelda the twilight princess.

There aren't very many good games out really for the Wii at the moment. A couple of virtual console titles are really worth having though.

Rayman is fun, but if you do the story mode it's pretty damn short. More fun than Wario ware though.

Both are rentals unless you get drunk a lot and play games with friends.
