Boring from what I've played so far (about 40 minutes last night. Yesterday was busy!). Music sucks, too. Meh.

I'll give MP another shot. If it doesn't liven up I will be dumping it back to GameStop.

The field tends to get VERY chaotic making it hard to score a goal with a regular shot, and the Wii remote usage is incredibly lame. You wiggle the remote to tackle people. Fucking retarded. The megashots make the game pretty easy if you just pass it around enough to get time to hold it down to 6 and score.

Everyone is hailing it for it's online play, but fuck them -- that's something Wii should have had from launch. I won't give them any kudos for catching up to PS/Xbox just now. They're still years behind what Xbox Live and PSN offer. The stupid fucking friend code bullshit is retarded, too. Whatever. It's a mediocre game at best, I think average review scores are about 75 for it, so it's ok but definitely not a stellar title.

If you liked the GC version, you'll most likely enjoy this one though.

I like it, it gave me a reason to clean off all the dust on the console.

After playing the game online I think I don't like massive faggots that exploit the drybone deke to score goals what a shit way to play for real.

Toad can just jump the goalie without even powering up the ball at all. Dry Bones need a good almost white ball to deke into the goal.

I don't play online but I know a lot of the tricks because I had to score a lot of goals on Yoshi's challenge and also on Diddy Kongs but FFS Yoshis was the hardest of all the strikers challenges at least for me.
