If it's true, you're gonna see a lot more english speaking farmers if China finds a way to enforce it. Maybe I'll need to reactivate. |

I was under the impression that a lot of these farmers had shifted from china to eastern european countries already. |

The ban on WoW only effects people who played WoWCN. The ban on it just flooded the Taiwan servers with Chinese players and Chinese farmers still play the US version. |
