Anyone know of a unit frame mod that will show if a certain class of debuff is on the target, rather than the debuff name itself? In other words, instead of showing sunder armor, or expose weakness or whatever, it would simply classify all of the debuffs that don't stack as, say, armor debuff1, or something.

I'm looking to keep track of which debuffs are on a target, and don't really feel like knowing the names of each, and which stack with which. I know, I'm lazy. Whatever. Hell, I'd even take a mod that shows "10 of 14 debuffs" or something to that affect.

Hopefully that made sense...

I don't know of any mod that does that (but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist). XPerl handles buffs/debuffs pretty well (like it will make YOUR debuffs & DOTs show up extra large), but it doesn't do what you are asking, to my knowledge.

I may get the xperl mod regardless - Pitbull isn't doing a good job showing me my own stings and dots and such, and it doesn't show explosive shot or black arrow at all.

If only I knew how to write mods. I could see a really nice mod, with an array of colored radio buttons beneath the target display, and either a check or a green light if the debuff of that class is applied, and perhaps bright red if it's not. Can mods send tells? Could even make it so that you assign debuffs to certain people, and if the debuff is not up, it sends a tell to that person to get their ass in gear.

I just use AGUnit Frames for general buff/de-buff indicators and quartz to show my buffs/de-buffs on a target. Quartz works well with my hunter, shadow priest and Pally to show what I have put on the target and the duration.

That may do the trick. I'll have to play with it - sounds like a lot of work up front to customize to do what you want.

On a related note, I switched from pitbull to xperl and am liking it so far. Thanks for the tip.
