One thing I had noticed is there is no indication to where everyone is playing or what guilds stuck together from EQ to WoW.

So where is everyone? I'm hoping I don't have to come back to WoW but WAR needs to get motivated if I'm going to continue to pay them. Here's still holding out for the Blackguard.

Doomhammer started out with a good bunch of old Lanys folks, but most of them have left with time. Shattered Hand I believe has a decent chunk of people from RoA and other people from Lanys (Cuukey and crew I think are still there).

Skywall has a lot of folks from Lanys - most of whom are in Second Covenant (guild was created by about 10 of us when we left another guild - the guys couldn't agree on a name for the new guild ...

Folks in guild from TSO, Gyn, TRK, SC, etc. This isn't a recreation of SC (different rules, attitudes, etc) - more we still haven't agreed on a new guild name . . .

I went to Elune and hooked up with those from Mithril Web. That blew up and eventually became Absolute Chaos. I left when they imploded (being a long timer on Elune I am sure you remember that story). I wanted to start over so I rolled Guuinnes on Gnomer shortly after that server opened. I made a lot of friends there (many still to this day) so I decided to move my hunter and pally there when they opened the server up for xfers.

Mugly: Druid, Frostwolf, Horde. Found a nice, no nonsense guild with some Seattle area friends. Clearing all raid content in 5 hours a week is win.

Still have some toons on Uther, alliance side, in Vita too, that I log on now and again to chat with. Heh.

Anyone in an alliance guild that might have an opening for a prot warrior? I'm debating whether to take the free server xfer (what's it like on the new servers, btw?) or simply transfer to an existing server.

Looking for an alliance guild that raids after 9-9:30pm EST until about 1am EST. And somewhat hardcore - gear, attendance or performance requirements for raiding, dkp, etc. Not many guilds need tanks, so I thought I'd check here before looking for a random WoW guild. Also have a druid, hunter and working on a mage and rogue. Have a horde warlock, too. Would need to level all of those

DKP is for suckers.

I moved from Illidan to Ner'Zhul a bit ago because Illidan was a fucking terrible ass server.

Hehe, I'm so close to leaving Thunderhorn as well. We've got maybe 4 raiding guilds clearing all the content and they are ridiculously full of themselves. Got my rogue to 80, my hunter to 80...lock at 70. If leveling alts is all this thing has to offer I think I'll be done soon.

lol yeah i was in Reset on Thunderhorn and decided to leave. T-horn is a very laggy server populated with asshats. Xfered off a few weeks ago.

Guild is running into the pre-expansion/spring slow down again but limping along. We run 3 25 man raids a week - mostly clear everything. Some 10-man in guild, most doing 10-man pugs. Still working on Sarth+3 (mostly due to raider burn out it seems like)
