The expansion being sold in Europe will not work with your NA account. The key is invalid. The content is probably ok, but why buy the CD if you just have to buy a key elsewhere?

Looks like this is a valid upgrade path and at 1.9G if you already had the current patches, not a bad download. Then just get a friend to buy a copy for you and send you the key.
