This is terrible. I totally dug on the zombie invasion, it was fun during a pretty damned boring period. Then nothing for over a week. No good rewards to make farming necrotic runes worthwhile for more than 30 minutes. Now, I sit in stormwind harbor listening to all of the 13 year old's emote in say and yell garbage, to kill a bunch of random mobs that drop no loot, faction or are part of any quest.

Total dogshit. If the next two days don't seriously fix this world event, the expansion launched with a whimper. The Shattered Sun Offensive was much more interesting than this turd.

When I killed one of those towering horrors I got 4 rep with Argent Dawn on my alt. I agree that some sort of loot or quest would have been cool though

World of Borecraft

You could go do something else, other than sit in Stormwind. I had a fun night running Heroics...

I imagine the successive waves will get tougher, just as the zombie infection did. And, we still have yet to see the creation of the fortified Goldshire...

Horde storyline is way cooler. I haven't hated a character like Hellscreams cunt of a son in a long time.
