My Idea. Make some EverQuest Movies.

Think about it, EQ does have a lot of LORE that they can reference.

And, they could plan a series of movies, maybe based on different expansions.

You do not even have to have the same stars. You could have different people in different pictures with different adventures.

It is not like they do not have the resources. SONY PICTURES, I am talking to you!! Maybe even make it an animated movie. Star Wars Clone Wars comes to mind.

Any thoughts?

EQ is too much like The Lord of the Rings where the differences would confuse the non-playing viewing public.

However, I think it would be funny as hell if they did it and there was in-game player references ("Trak is FFA!" painted on a wall somewhere or a sign pointing to "the burned woods" that changes direction every time it is on screen as examples). I would have the writers & directors spend some quality time with gucomics looking at the old EQ panels for that inspiration.

Well after the FTP format there seems to be more folks on server.....Hey Ghaani good to see your still lurking.

Why does Everquest need saving?

It's 13 years old. It still has active players, it still has expansions coming out. It's doing fine to me.

EQ doesn't need saving, but an EQ3 might be in order just as a technology update.
