Would I Proc more with a faster weapon when I am using the VOV line of spells? I am presently using
Vow of Victory Rk. II.(Link) when I solo. With items and buffs, I got my personal Haste at 200%.
Most of the damage I do comes from my Ward Spells and Damage Shields, but I am looking for other ways to augment myself.
I am thinking of Camping this for when I am solo hunting for the speed. (Old timers will remember the Old Jade Mace Post I made ages ago.):
