Yeah, I've been playing on an EQEmu server lately, with a ruleset similar to the old Zek's. Just had a character wipe and server reset to classic with a progression-style content unlocking. It's good times, and free!

Yeah that is pretty hardcore when items are so hard to get. Not like in wow where every quest is giving you decent gear.

If I ever pvped in EQ again I would have to play a bard.
