I started Ark 2.0 on Stromm and as useless as I found Druids to be while playing my ranger (Honestly, my last pic in a group as long as there was a healer/slower/tank), I decided to go with old faithful on Stromm. I started in March, and moved, so lost 3-4 weeks. I had a little PL help, but thanks to the gimpification of EQ (i.e. Temperence early and KEI at 46+) was able to level him fast. I have to say though, I looked forward to 34 and my first target AE spell so I could quad Dorfs for mad easy XP. Only one Dorf (The fishing one in the water along the shore, and 4 on the docks) can even be casted on now. That sucks!<

Needless to say, I think twink gear was better 3 years ago then today due to recommended/required levels, but the XP mods in the newer zones more than make up for it.<

In a nutshell, I have gotten 3 characters to max level (70-70-65) and and back into my mild addiction of wanting to log on and play. We can thank SoE for making our 2.0 and 1.5 one of the most useful in the game. I can preach our case for hours on end, but at the same time, know that if I was in the shoes of a group leader filling a "any class" last spot, I wouldn't be high on that list.
