Yup, great site. I've also used http://www.feedbooks.com/ which is pretty much the same thing, free public domain books converted into many formats.

http://www.smashwords.com/ is a good place to find ebooks that have been published independently. Some are free, some not, but they even occasionally have sales and specials for the non-free books.
