Smoking gun busted some jack ass's that make phone calls from there Canadian home to places in the US and con people into doing stupid shit like throwing tv sets out the window or activating a fire retardant system in your local fast food joint.

Personally, I hope something can be done, these assholes should be extradited to the states to face felony charges of some sort for what they do.

I don't care how stupid someone is, talking them into yanking the red emergency handle in a restaurant is just plain ignorant.

Just like it's a true story that someone called in to a fast food store, told them "YoungFemaleEmployeeA" was about to be arrested for possession, and that they needed her to submit to a strip search, and the manager of the restaurant did it, the girl complied, and the dude got his jollies over the phone.
