What's really the problem with this idea?

It helped several friends of mine quit smoking, and it gets around smoking restrictions in a lot of places, at least in atlanta, since no one else can smell it and there's no second hand smoke.

France made something like this a while back, they got around a lot of no smoking area's with it as well. The no 2nd hand smoke and lack of poison for smokers is a plus IMO.

Yea these have been around a while, no offense. It seems like a net gain to me as a person who has always been fairly anti-smoking anti-drugs. I'm glad to see some people have used this to break free of the addiction.
