Wow, just wow...

I called in to cancel the yearly renewal membership for Xbox live, since that's the only way to do it. Xbox live/microsoft billing websites don't allow you to just press a button to cancel. It took them 4 transfers to finally get me to someone to cancel my membership. I'm just hoping this last dude didn't mess anything else up and actually canceled the renewal. Sigh, 1 hour to cancel a membership? This is some real bullshit.

I remember canceling AOL years ago and having to sit through the lines of BS the guy was trying to sell me to get me to come back. Would not take no for an answer.

If you get the subscription cards from the store or online, they can't automatically bill you. My subscription expired recently and I have yet to renew it.
