i do multi vitamin shakes in the morning and it has a dose of 500mg C shrug everyone around me is sick including the Hubby.

Well I just got out of the emergency room last evening due to the strep throat I caught turned septic overnight and my throat closed up and caused me to dehydrate rapidly to the point i was vomiting.

I really hate being sick ;/
