Hi, my name is ShortBus n' the other day SOCRATES asked me to go Stop Foxbat's latest crime. He was trying to make his own TV show.
He was trying to do that here at the WCOC station.
I 'membered WCOC from something then I walked in and saw this...
I was thinkin' "COOL! Ron Mahogany and the Channel 8 Action News team!" My dad watches them all the time. He says that Ron Mahogany is "the Balls." I don't know what that means.
Accordin' to SOCRATES, the news team was still in here n' I needed t' save 'em.
The first one I saw was Victoria Crownstone.
She is pretty. My mom says she does good news reportin'.
I punched the Fan boys that were holding her captive. That was fun. She told me who else was here.
Next was this guy.
We haven't learned percentages in school yet, but I am pretty sure he is confused.
Then I saved this guy. I think he is the weatherman.
He seemed nice but all he did was talk about how he loves lamps and how if he had a trident he would've stopped Foxbat. Before he ran out, he spent more time telling the lamp good-bye than talk to me.
Then I met "Champ."
I like him 'cause he likes to yell "WHAMMY!" when he does the sports. After one news cast my mom said I wasn't supposed to yell "Whammy!" in the house anymore. Sometimes I think when my dog Rusty is barking he is saying "WHAMMY!"
So now it was down to fighting Foxbat and saving Ron Mahogany.
I was trying to figure out how to fight Foxbat. I got out my Foxbat Action Figure and asked him.
He didn't know. He doesn't do too much but follow me around.
So I did what I do best... I ran in and punched him in the guts.
And then he hit me with ...
A 12 Ton Weight. OUCHIES!
But I punched his lights out and saved Mr Mahogany.
He has good hair. I was going to ask him for his autograph for my dad but he ran out to check on Victoria.
Now I was alone in the studio, n' I noticed that the cameras were still running. Cool! I was going to be on the news (maybe you caught my fight).
And since I was the only one there I figured I might as well anchor.
