I've been made aware of one Lanys person who's account was banned from beta for violation of the NDA. The only place they had discussed Vanguard was on these forums. Whether a poster e-mailed Vanguard (as they thought) or an SOE employee saw the post (also possible, I'm aware of a few who frequent these forums beyond our beloved Frizznik)...who knows. But the person said the ONLY place they had ever discussed even being in the beta was on the forums. Their ban letter stated there was no appeal to the process, they were banned, period end o' story. And just for the sake of clarity, no administrator was asked to provide account information or anything like that, first I heard of it was from the player. And no, had they asked we wouldn't have complied without court order. And you could be certain we'd be posting about it.

So just a reminder to anyone who may be in beta regarding any game discussions on Vanguard, remember your NDA.
