If you use the n.design theme, you'll notice a firefox livemarks icon in your address bar (you do use firefox, right?) -- you can subscribe to this in your RSS reader of choice, though google reader apparently has an issue with it that I'm not sure how to fix.

probably. but it's the only syndication mod I found that actually works.
