Install Greasemonkey: Mozilla.org
Install Greasemonkey Script: Lanysboard Hide Post Script
Click the hide next to the user's name to hide posts from that user.
You can click unhide to remove them from your ignore list. Each post also shows a toggle to display that particular post.
Let me know if there are any issues (Different themes cause issues?)
