Eyeballing Prototype 2, Darksiders 2, and Diablo 3 for the summer. Darksiders got pushed back to August, but when THQ says "it needs polish" I believe them.

Same list here but add Max Payne 3 for me. Hoping some Skyrim DLC comes out soon, too.

I just played a few hours of The Binding of Isaac. Certainly more fun than I expected :p

Looking forward to Diablo 3 even more after playing the beta this weekend

At eve fanfest someone mentioned a game that would be coming out very soon that will be some knock off of the game yet to come world of darkness, I suspect prototype2 is it.

Leaving alone "knockoff of the game yet to come", Prototype 2 is probably more of a knockoff of Prototype. What's World of Darkness?

World of Darkness was White Wolf's overarching game world for Vampire, Mage and Werewolf (among others)

It's also CCP's vampire barbie debacle.

I was, and would still be if there were enough time in the week. "World of Darkness" is too generic a name for me to expect White Wolf would hang onto it, and way too large and vague for a single video game. It's also a completely different genre from Prototype, which is far more biotech action than emo horror. They were more likely talking about Diablo 3 than Prototype 2.

White Wolf doesn't exist anymore, sadly. CCP bought them a few years back, I'm sure they bought WW cheaper than it would have been to license the IP.

It's been in development hell for fucking ever.

To the point that they're using EVE to beta test technology for the game (which cause a massive amount of subscription cancellations last summer)

They just recently announced it. I wouldn't expect it to be out for at least two years. The concept sounds interesting though.

I've decided I've hit an all time low for gaming, I'm currently in Free Realms and what's scary is I'm enjoying it. With a new baby I just don't have the time I used to, or the initiative to game even remotely seriously anymore.

Bunch of the old RnD crowd are still in WoW, I haven't played WoW in close to a year now. Looking forward to Wildstar or Neverwinter but to be honest after waiting years for SWTOR I'm sort of soured on the whole anxiously waiting for the next big thing...thing...yeah.
