So my 14 year old mower decided that it wanted to work no longer. I am now the proud owner of this baby:
My yard isn't that big and it is easy to motor around the yard with this bad boy.

My first house had a small back yard about 20'x50', so I figured I'd get a manual mower just like that. I lasted a month, you're a better man than I

I do have a thick stand of grass, the guy at the store said that the electric mower would have issues cutting it when it gets deep. This is actually easier to push around than my old gas mower. Yard has been cut twice with it, first time was a few weeks past cutting and today was just a cleanup. Didn't take me that long to do it and I didn't need my ear plugs nor dust mask |

You can just do what I do, I went green and only mow down my mess once a year after the town sends me the weed control warning letter. |

Those old school mowers are nice and all but you really gotta keep up on the lawn. You let it get a teeny bit too long and those things are almost useless. |

not really, when I got this one it had been two to three weeks since I had last mowed and the lawn was gnarly. It took two passes and the yard looked good. This past weekend I mowed it again and you could not tell any difference between a power mower or this one |

It also hasn't started to dull too much yet. Sharpness is crucial on those. |
