Insane game, and the guy playing it has extremely precise agility controlling his ship through all that. He does die at the end though.

I've played games like that, but never this nuts...

The bullets are just passing right through the ship half the time, the hitbox must be centered and absolutely tiny.

Especially at the end. It looks like the hit area is the canopy of the ship.

Still, control-wise I wonder if this guy was using something like a tablet and a stylus to get that kind of precise movement.

Maybe, but I always found using my DS that the stylus got in the way of my view.
