PLR, also known as Past Life Regression.
I sometimes do it for Hypnosis clients when asked.

Is it real? In my personal opinion, I have no clue. I have done the sessions and I get results. I tell my clients that I will do the session for them, but, it is up to them to decide if it was something real or something that the imagination made up to act as a metaphor for things that are going on in their lives.

If it is real or if it is imagined, if the mind BELIEVES it is real, then, it will still affect the person as if it was.

I have come up with people having some pretty interesting stories while under, but, nothing with hard core documented facts that could really be traced. The sessions help people get insight on themselves. 99% of the time it seems pretty simplified and could of come from the imagination.

But, once in a while, you hear about stories like this one, and have to say.. huh?

Oh, and when people ask me what I think about reincarnation, I have a joke I say. I say:
"In my PAST life I believed in Reincarnation, but, in THIS life I do not."

That one really confuses people.
