I'll give a hint. Rogues might remember the few weeks where we could put any ammo in the ammo slot and throw it. There was another bug that went with that bug for the first day(but it was hotfixed) that had to do with z axis.

It was Aleton btw, or something like that. A ranger, he was one of the first couple on server to have endless quiver when that Z axis bug hit where there was no delay when you were at the correct level. You could shoot as fast as you could push the button.

I remember that bug. Many mushrooms met a quick death.

I still remember getting a temporary ban for 'ruining' the PoH opening event with my shiny new Treant Fists (bugged to give clicky instant cheal).

It was Aleton, and it was hilarious. The bug actually didn't make you fire with no delay, it fired like 200 arrows with one shot. He killed the Nexus Scion at the spires in Dreadlands.

My rogue could shoot with no delay, I just didn't have a gamepad with a turbo button to use to full effect though.

They appeared later in quests and GM events, but those items dropped off mobs in Cazic Thule (rubi armor) and Najena (JBoots).

ugh, I remember camping jboots from najena on my ranger way back on rathe. I was like level 25 and just sat their waiting my turn. it was like a 19 hour camp.

when they revamped cazic they also rebooted the rubi armor to make it as good as current game armor and it ruined everything

Who was the player that was synomomous with open raids to the Plane of Hate, that was supposed to lead Phread's frst Hate raid, but couldn't due to packing, moving and joining the military (I think it was the airforce)?

And for the extra credit part... some how Phread ended up leading his first raid. It was funny because some people collected money for hate stones and someone volunteered to pull and be main assist and such. And then I want to say it was Xianle who sent me a tell and said something like "You're in charge, what do we do?" which might as well have been "TAG You're it! Thanx La~ "

All I know is I was handling loot rolls and stuff. It was very weird.

I always give major props to raid leaders. I could handle rounding up people and keeping them in line, but juggling that on top of loot, strats, etc...it was so very, very chaotic in the EQ days. Little better in WoW just due to lower numbers, but still hectic to me. I always have deep respect for the people that juggle all of that and come down hard on people that make their jobs more difficult :p

Along that line...."Dorf and Noam PoG raids" went on for a while in a very "open raid" kind of way. I was dorf. Who was noam?
